When you pick up the phone to book an appointment we’ll spend some time finding out about your situation and either getting you into our showroom or booking one of the team to come to you. Once we have a good understanding of your current flooring situation and what you’re looking for we will provide you with a quotation - in some cases, we can give you a quote on the spot.

Plan review and costing
The team at King Flooring knows how important it is to visit your property or site to do our homework on your current flooring or foundation. So there are no surprises, you’ll want to know if there are any costs involved in preparing your floor for new carpet or vinyl which is particularly important when you’re wanting ‘hard’ flooring.
From your house or building plan, we work out the quantities to provide you with an initial indication of how much carpet or vinyl you need including overlay options. Because King Flooring installers are providing the costings you benefit from their expertise when it comes to the best way to lay your floor for the best result. This way you’ll find King Flooring pricing is built to include all possibilities so you know exactly what you’re getting at what cost.

Through years of experience and product knowledge, we’ll guide you through the process of selecting the best product. From cut pile to twists, level loops, and sisals, we will explain the features and make sure you get the right flooring for your needs – complementing your color schemes and furniture to create a great overall look.

This is your chance to clarify with the team and decide whether you want to go ahead with the project.

To complete the look of your new flooring, we give it a vacuum once we’ve finished.
